Estimates, not decisions
CRS scores, score levers and draw summaries on DrawRelay are calculated from the information entered and from rules IRCC publishes. They are estimates. Results under the rules that take effect on November 3, 2026 remain estimates until IRCC's own tool reflects those rules. Past cut-off scores do not indicate future cut-off scores, and no score guarantees an invitation to apply.
Not immigration advice
DrawRelay does not provide immigration advice or representation. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to take, or not take, any immigration step, and using the site does not create a client relationship of any kind.
Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), only authorized representatives may provide immigration advice or representation for a fee or other consideration: lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, and licensed members in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. DrawRelay is none of these.
Draw alerts
Draw alerts are free. They start after you confirm your email address through the link DrawRelay sends, and they stop as soon as you unsubscribe through the link in any alert. An alert reports a round that IRCC has already published. It is not an official notice, it can arrive later than IRCC’s announcement, and an alert can occasionally be delayed or missed, for example when IRCC changes how it publishes rounds or an email is not delivered. IRCC’s rounds page and your own Express Entry account remain the authoritative sources. DrawRelay may change or stop the alerts at any time.
Pool Pass and CRS Guard
Pool Pass gives access to CRS Guard for 6 months from the date of payment, for a one-time price of CA$29.99. It does not renew automatically. CRS Guard sends email reminders ahead of the dates you enter that can change your CRS score or the validity of your documents, such as a birthday or the date a language test result or Educational Credential Assessment stops being valid, and recalculates the saved profile when the CRS rules change.
Reminders and recalculations are based only on the answers and dates you enter, and on rules IRCC publishes. You remain responsible for checking them against your own documents and IRCC’s requirements. CRS Guard does not submit anything to IRCC, does not access your Express Entry account and does not provide immigration advice. Sign-in uses one-time links sent by email, so keep access to your email account secure.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on a page it hosts. DrawRelay never sees or stores card numbers. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Refunds
You can get a full refund of a Pool Pass within 14 days of purchase. Write tohello@drawrelay.com from the email address used at checkout. The refund is issued through Stripe to the original payment method, and CRS Guard access ends when it is issued. After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Independence
DrawRelay is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any government. Results are estimates based on published rules, not immigration advice.
No warranty
DrawRelay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Rules and data can change before the site is updated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DrawRelay and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the site, including decisions made on the basis of its estimates, alerts or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Third-party links
DrawRelay links to IRCC pages and to third-party services, some through affiliate links described on theaffiliate disclosure page. DrawRelay does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, products or practices. A link is not an endorsement of a service's results.
Draw data and content
Express Entry round data is published by IRCC; DrawRelay reproduces it with attribution and adds category labels. The rest of the site's text, design and code belongs to DrawRelay. Quoting short passages with a link back to the page is welcome.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it for others, including automated access at a rate that degrades service. Automated clients are expected to follow robots.txt.
Changes to these terms
DrawRelay may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
